We used By Ambience Catering for our wedding at Peelings Manor Barns in August 2018. Gary and his team were exceptionally well orgnaised and professional from the moment we sent over our initial enquiry. Highly recommended. We used By Ambience to provide catering and a bar for our wedding at Pilgrims Rest and guests and ourselves were delighted with the food and service. We had nothing but compliments from our guests about how good the food was. Gary was fantastic throughout the planning process and helped put us at ease and ensured the day went well.

By Ambience catered for our wedding on 4 July. We had a 3 course meal with canapes and the food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Many guests commented on how lovely it was. To add to the complexity of our catering we required dairy free, vegan and nut free meals; as well as one guest with very complex dietary needs. Gary could not have been more accommodating and reassuring that all the needs had been listened to.

We were married on June 1st, with an outdoor ceremony and a marquee reception. We were so happy we chose Gary Williams and his amazing team at By Ambience to provide our Wedding Breakfast and evening meal. The food was absolutely wonderful and over a week later I'm still having guests compliment it - it was tasty, varied and plentiful.
