This is a hard one as we have truly loved each and every wedding we have had the pleasure to be a part of. If I had to pick favourites I would have at least four and all of them very different - ask me about them when we chat.........xxxx

What about your business are you most proud of?
I am most proud of our food and our staff we wouldn't be here today if it was not for their passion and hard work and the lovely smiles on their faces even after 12/14 hour shifts at times. Our chefs are excellent and passionate and Jay our head chef has worked for us for more than 10 years - all of our staff always go that extra mile for our clients nothing is too much trouble.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Plan well in advance so that you enjoy the whole experience of your wedding planning - there will be a lot more to think about and arrange than you anticipate and don't be scared to delegate - give job lists to the ushers/bridesmaids/family/friends to elevate pressure and always have a plan B in your list of planning.

Chat on telephone arrange consultation with clients draft itinerary update itinerary until meets clients requirements have another meetings 3 months prior to wedding to firm up everything.
