Flame Baked Pizza Company

Flame Baked Pizza Co did a fantastic job in organising and cooking delicious pizzas and desserts for our school event. Gemma and her lovely staff made the whole event really easy to organise and the wood-fired oven very much added to the atmosphere of the evening. Our guests loved seeing their pizza cooked to order!

A huge thank you to Gemma and her team for doing such an incredible job at the birthday party I organised in July. It was fairly short notice and Gemma's advice and reassurance at how it would be laid out, what quantities to order, timings etc really took the pressure off me. The wood-fired oven van looked great and together with the framed tent, fairy lights and bistro chairs, it all looked so professional. Everyone thought the pizza's were delicious...

I booked Flame baked pizza for the year 11 prom at Bristol Cathedral Choir School last July and I cannot thank the wonderful Gemma and family for the most amazing evening, full of scrumptious pizza! The kids absolutely loved the idea of ordering their own unique pizza, from the most gorgeous vintage style 'van' . Gemma made things seem so chilled, much appreciated especially as I was organising 80-90 teenagers dinner! Everything was thought of, from plates, to electrical supply and all dietary..

OMG! We cannot big up these lovely people and they're pizzas! - Aesthetically the van and whole set up was beautiful at our venue and I think we all ate our body weight in Pizza ! Just perfect perfect perfect! ♡

I think it is safe to say that the pizzas were the highlight of our whole wedding day for many of our guests - so many great comments! The pizzas were so tasty, and it worked really well having them set up as a buffet. Gemma and the team clearly know what they are doing, both cooking great pizza and serving them efficiently at a very reasonable cost too! I would recommend them to anyone...
