Describe your typical process with a couple.
We meet in my home for a friendly and relaxed consultation. I then send a detailed description from the notes I have taken. I stay in touch with my couples right up until the wedding day.

Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
I have always loved baking and in 2013 enrolled at a local college for a cake decorating course which I loved. I then left my previous job and set up White’s Cake House and it went from there.
What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?
A three tiered semi naked cake with flavours of, lemon sponge with my lemon curd and lemon buttercream filling, cherry bakewell cake with cherry preserve and almond buttercream and my carrot cake with white chocolate filling
