What is your signature cake?
My signature cakes are usually modern, elegant designs finished with buttercream or covered in fondant and adorned with either beautiful fresh or sugar flowers. I adore metallic designs too.
Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
My grandad was a wedding cake maker so I hope I have inherited his skill! I started baking cakes for my family and friends and it grew from there.
What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?
