What is your most memorable wedding?
My 2nd wedding cake, I had to delivery to the Isle of Wright. It got there in one piece, the sugar flowers were exquisite and the bride and groom loved it! Such a pleasure to have been involved.

What about your business are you most proud of?
Being able to offer a service that makes people smile. It warms my heart when couples see their cake design come to life and even better when they tell me their guest enjoyed the chosen cake flavour!

Personalised macaroons or fondant cookies for guest
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Once you have enquired, I'll set up a consultation, where we can firstly discuss your special day and design ideas. you will also get an opportunity to try up to 4 cake flavours of your choice. After the consultation, I'll then offer you 3 designs for you too choose from. If you are happy with the design, cake and quote, then it couldn't be simpler.

3 tier fondant covered cake, decorated with elements from your wedding day
What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?
I had the pleasure of creating a bespoke fondant textured cake. This was an ombre pink design, where the large white sugar flowers took center stage
Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
I started cakes as a hobby, which then led to me offering celebration cakes. One day I got an order for a wedding cake, I was shocked and excited and took up the challenge and absolutely loved every minute of the process.
