Wired sugar flowers a speciality. Your cake can be complimented with additional cakes, cupcakes or cookie favours decorated to co-ordinate. Delivery stand hire and set up are available. Consults and tastings arranged by appointment.

What is your most memorable wedding?
My daughters. It was my first so I was nervous about everything including dealing with on the day but it was so beautiful and her face when she saw it will live in my heart forever. Since then I have made wedding cakes for 2 more of my daughters both following emergency surgeries after falls. Despite the stress I learned that nothing is impossible as one of them was done with pins and plaster on my wrist.

What about your business are you most proud of?
Completing every cake ordered despite a broken shoulder. I couldn't bear to give up any of the designs or the brides I had got to know so worked with a colleagues help and never let anyone down.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Book the cake decorator when you find " the one" even if you are not ready to sort the detail. Many are sole traders so when order books are full they are full .
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Cupcakes with a name on instead of place cards

Meet, taste, talk quantities and take on board any ideas . Come up with design , approve or tweek, deliver and enjoy.
