At Thistleberry Cake Studio, I don’t do "mass-produced." Every cake I make is a labor of love, designed and baked by me in my studio. I’m a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to the details, whether that’s the way a sugar petal curls or finding the perfect balance of a zesty home-made curd, but my real goal is to make something that feels uniquely yours.
How I work
I love drawing inspiration from your bouquets, the texture of your dress, or even just the season you’re getting married in.
• Real Flavors: I’m obsessed with high-quality ingredients. If it’s a fruit flavor, it’s real fruit. If it’s chocolate, it’s the good stuff. Your guests should be asking for the recipe, not just taking photos.
• The Personal Touch: When you book with me, you’re talking to me. I’ll be the one sketching your design, answering your late-night emails about ribbon colors, and personally delivering the cake to your venue.
• Stress? None of that. I handle the setup and the "heavy lifting" at the venue so you can just enjoy being a guest at your own wedding.
