The Willow Tree Bakery is a bespoke wedding cake designer based near Oxford and serving Oxfordshire, The Cotswolds and surrounding counties. The Willow Tree Bakery specialises in designing and creating beautiful and delicious cakes with you in mind using high quality ingredients to ensure they taste incredible. I love to create modern, understated, elegant designs and my style is often less is more with a soft, romantic feel. As our name comes from the willow tree in my parents garden, I love to incorporate small elements from nature in my designs, whether that be a subtle stencil or a wild floral display of fresh or sugar flowers. I have found a love for making sugar flowers and each delicate petal is lovingly handcrafted to add a showstopping element to your cake. Your cake should fit in seamlessly with your day so it’s important our styles and vision match up. I want to work with you to add personal touches from your special day to your cake to make it uniquely yours. This can include many elements of your wedding, such as your flowers, dress or stationery to create something perfectly for you. During the consultation process, you will get to try several flavours from the menu in one of our tasting boxes. These are posted out to you to enjoy at home so you can fully enjoy the experience of choosing your favourite flavours. We will then have a design consultation to finalise all the details for your wedding day. I look forward to helping you make memories on your special days with delicious cakes.

I grew up baking with my mum and grandparents and have always had a love for it. I decided to finally open my business when Covid-19 changed everything and I haven’t looked back. It holds lots of special memories for me and now I hope to create that for you on your wedding day.
What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?
A tiered cake with different flavours in each tier (strawberry and champagne, passion fruit martini and salted caramel!) with subtle texture, muted colours and lots of sugar flowers!
