Hi, I'm Pia Cato, owner of Vanilla Pod Bakery, a luxury cake bakery in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. I launched the business in 2009 and I'm still as passionate about it as I was on day one. With the help of my amazing team of talented cake creators and enthusiasts, we create luxury wedding cakes for all types of wonderful couples and their gorgeous weddings. Our style is elegant, relaxed, and timeless, but we love a challenge.

After the initial email or phone contact, I invite couples to a complimentary tasting consultation, where we design your perfect cake. Once everything has been decided and finalised, I then touch base shortly before the wedding to confirm delivery times, and final details. Your wedding cake is then set up on the day and you get to enjoy it.
