What is your most memorable wedding?
i created a wedding cake fully themed on games of thrones, dragon scales, the iron throne and even severed heads on pikes. it was so unique to the couple and i truly loved making it.

still having it after going through a pandemic and now a cost of living crisis. i am forever grateful to still have this little business baby i created almost 10 years ago.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
pictures of loved ones who may not be present displayed. it gets my heart strings every time i see it

it would begin with a small chat online, a few small details exchanged and a full wedding consultation at my home arranged, if a couple is interested in my service a cake taster is provided also x
Describe your typical process with a couple.
firstly i go through the dates required and where delivery would be.
some couples know exactly what they want and send such designs through. we discuss flavours and sizes and arrange a taster box if wanted at a later date.
some couples are deer's in headlights and i totally understand how daunting creating a cake design is, especially if you have never ordered a cake before so i recommend if possible a video call or arranging to come see me at home. equipped with ideas, mood boards and what themes have already been decided. and we go from there.

i made my sons 1st birthday cake back in 2015 and realised i loved doing it so slowly kept practising. opened a business then worked into weddings once i had enough experience. and weddings are so much fun

anything fondant or a lambeth piped cake. i love creating something intricate
