Val very recently supplied our wedding cake, including some cupcakes and biscuits for our special day. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Val is extremely friendly, helpful and very professional at what she does; she certainly knows how to bring a vision to life! We purchased a tasting box of different flavour combinations to see what we would like for our main cake. All of the samples were delicious making it quite difficult to choose just one flavour, so we ended up going with different flavours for the different tiers. With our flavours selected, we let Val know exactly what type of cake we had in mind, including the decorations and style, and she created a masterpiece! We also had the addition of cupcakes and biscuits as an alternative option. All of our guests complimented how beautiful the cake looked and also how nice it tasted. The cupcakes and biscuits also went down a treat and disappeared very quickly. Val took care of delivery to the venue on the day which also helped to relieve additional stress to us. Thank you very much Val for bringing our vision to life and contributing to our perfect wedding day!

Val did our wedding cake for our wedding in August 2022 and it was beautiful, everything we wanted and was delicious. Not only did Val make a four tier cake of different flavours for each tier but she did amazing sugar flower work. Everyone was talking about how amazing our cake looked and tasted. We couldn’t be happier and would strongly recommend Sovereign Cakes!

If only you could give more than 5 stars! Thank you so much to Val for our beautiful wedding cake 24/05/23, a simple yet stunning textured buttercream 3 tier cake - Lemon, Victoria, Caramel. Each flavour tier was perfection, and all night we had such lovely comments from guests saying how amazing Each flavour was! The next morning we had guests at breakfast ask if there was some to take home. We also had heart shaped cookies as favours that Val made for us, trying and testing a new vegan recipe.

Val made an amazing wedding cake for us. We went through designs together but when we saw the finished cake, it looked so much better than we could have imagined. We wanted a little nod to Harry Potter to match some of the other themes of our wedding and Val did this brilliantly. But the main thing is the cake tasted amazing! It didn't last long as it was just so delicious. We would definitely recommend Sovereign Cakes!

Cannot recommend enough, made our beautiful wedding cake in June 2022 which was gorgeous - three tiers of goodness! Everyone commented on how amazing the flavours and the cake was. Would not go anywhere else and Val is amazing, friendly and helpful after pushing the wedding back 2 years due to COVID and many dates later she still went above and beyond to cater for us which we could not be more grateful. We will use for every occasion!

Val made a wonderful cake for our wedding in May 2022. It was everything we could have hoped for and more! It was a beautiful cake and absolutely delicious too. Each tier was a different flavour and many of our guests tried all three! Val understood exactly what we wanted and created an elegant and timeless design, we're still receiving compliments about the cake now! I have long been a fan of Sovereign Cakes and would definitely recommend Val to anyone!
