We were absolutely thrilled with our wedding cake. Lisa was able to take our ideas and create exactly the cake what we wanted. All of the flavours we sampled were delicious and we decided on the vanilla/raspberry for one tier and lemon/passionfruit for the other. The cake itself tasted amazing, it stayed moist all day and was still delicious for a day or two after. We would highly recommend The Ruddington Cake Company to make your wedding cake.

Lisa was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our wedding date was 29th December and the venue was Somerset! Unlike many other companies saying no can do due to Christmas or the venue not local Lisa immediately responded with a positive yes. The flavours were all so delicious sounding, we opted for Lemon sponge with lemon & raspberry buttercream Red velvet with white chocolate buttercream Champagne sponge with strawberry & champagne butter cream. Lisa recently made our wedding cake. She did a fantastic job, creating an incredible looking and tasting cake. It was exactly what we wanted and lots of guests commented on how great it looked and tasted. We had leftovers, and even after a week the cake was still moist and delicious. The cake completely surpassed our expectations, and we could not be happier with it. Hugely recommend her!
