We really do love all of the wedding cakes we create, however one particular favorite was a three tier cake, delivered to Ansty Hall in Warwickshire for one couple obsessed with both their VW Beetle and their Pug dog! Together we were able to design a cake and matching cupcakes (all made to resemble their pooches cute little face!) which incorporated these loves in a quirky, yet chic way!

From the prospective of booking your wedding cake - Its never too early to get planning, as our diary fills up very quickly, even if we just get your date booked in as a start and then nail your perfect design nearer the time!
As a general tip, we would advise couples to always stay true to themselves - its very easy to be swept along with traditions or be pushed into decisions by well-wishing friends and family, but ultimately its your day, so stick to your guns and be sure to plan YOUR dream day!

We had the pleasure of creating a Corpse Bride themed Wedding cake topper for a bride and groom who were just a little obsessed with the characters of Emily and Victor - they were overjoyed when they collected their topper as it was a detail they had both been so excited about, no matter how 'un-traditional' it may have seemed to others!

Most of my couple's initially contact me via email or my social media pages, after which we arrange a suitable date and location for a free consultation to discuss their ideas further. This consultation is usually between 30 and 45 minutes in length, is lovely and informal and the happy couple are left with a free selection of my flavor samples to try with a cuppa once I've left them in peace, whilst I go away to draw up an official sketch of the design we have discussed and a quotation too, which is forwarded to them in the days following our consultation. Should the happy couple then decide to go ahead with the quoted order, a 25% deposit is taken to secure their wedding date, with the remainder then due one month before their big day.
