What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Have a look around and see what kind of styles you like - once you know where you want to start we can put all the elements together and come up with something amazing! But above all - relax and enjoy it! Even the planning stages can be fun - especially when cake is evolved!

Describe your typical process with a couple.
Once you've contacted us we'll find a date to get you in for a consultation where we will chat through all your requirements and you can sample the flavours we have on offer! Once we have created a design for you we will send out a quote and if you're happy with this we will send out an invoice. We ask for £50 non refundable deposit to secure your date with the remainder due 1 month before your wedding.
What is your signature cake?
Our signature cake is our Badminton Cake - its a buttercream cake surrounded by fresh berries and one of our most popular! You may notice that all of our collection cakes are named after local villages!
What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?

Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
After winning Kirstie's Homemade Christmas in 2018 Victoria opened The Cake Tin on Malmesbury High Street and started with cupcakes and celebration cakes. After the wedding restrictions began to lift in 2020 we then created our first wedding collection with various designs to choose from - all of which could be scaled up or down depending on the size of your wedding. Since then we have continued to grow our collections and the wedding side our of business!
What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?
Well - our finalist piece in Kirstie's Handmade Christmas in 2018 was a 3D nutcracker cake - so I'd better say that!
