I love a challenge, novelty cakes is my speciality. creating your cake, from designing, to baking to delivering the finished work of art, I have never let anyone down in 29 years of business.
I am very passionate about what I do for a living, and I feel like this shows in my attention to detail and my strive for perfection with the inside an outside of every cake I make.
I bake all my cakes, except for the Fruit cakes, which I buy in from a family run business.
I require minimum of a weeks notice for a basic wedding cake and only up to 12 weeks notice for more complicated designs.
you are more than welcome to come see me at my home, have a cup of tea/coffee and try the cake. I offer 7 flavours of cake (your choice) for £25.00 We can then have an informal chat about what you require for your big day.

What is your most memorable wedding?
We made a big fat gypsey wedding cake. A huge castle with lights and barbie bride and groom, plus barbie bridesmaids and over 100 cupcakes all matching the castle.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
We don't have a set style, as we are versatile and can turn our hand to anything.
What about your business are you most proud of?
I am proud that over 23 years the same customers return year after year for their cakes.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don't get carried away, Less is better, and don't just think the highest price is the better quality cake. many businesses will slap a bigger price on items just because it's a wedding. We don't do that.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I don't have a favourite, as I have seen so many over the years, I couldn't choose one.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We don't like to impose ourselves on a couple, we like to give them space to breathe. We let them view our cakes at their leisure, and when they are ready , we help them as much as we can. Every couple are different. There is no typical process with a couple, we keep it relaxed and informal as possible.
