The starting price is for a 3 tier fully naked wedding cake for 2024, the prices then increase for larger cakes and different designs. Our prices reflect the time it takes to create your bespoke wedding cake and the ingredients. If you were to choose a large 4 tier fondant/iced wedding cake with hand made edible sugar flowers and leaves it would cost between £1,500 - £2,000. Hire of stands is from £25 Delivery & set up starts from £35, this is very dependant on distance.

The Bakery Barn, is the natural choice, where cake tastes as good as it looks! We design bespoke wedding cakes, whether you want a fully naked wedding cake, semi naked wedding cake, fully covered buttercream wedding cake or a fondant/iced cake, we can create your special cake. We are based in Bradford, Yorkshire and travel to a lot of high end venues throughout Yorkshire and beyond. We have done many wedding cakes at Rudding Park, Harrogate, Wharfedale Grange, Harrogate, Tithe Barn, Bolton Abbey, Manor House, Lindley, Hazlewood Castle, Tadcaster and many more ! We offer consultations/tastings by appointment. We have 17 flavours to choose from. Send us an email and we respond with further information. The most delicious cake and cupcakes.

We had a 3 tier semi naked cake, cappuccino, Lemon and Madeira. The cake was moist and the was bursting with flavour. We got lots of compliments on the day. Heidi is really easy to communicate with and the tasting session we did was lovely. We would highly recommend.

Amazing cakes & Stationary

Heidi and the team handled both our wedding stationary and cake. We wanted bespoke invites to match our autumn theme and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent communication and service throughout. Our wedding cakes not only looked beautiful but more importantly, tasted incredible! We had some many compliments from our guests :) Wonderful vendor to deal with throughout, would have no hesitation in working with them again or recommending to others.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

They attend their consultation/tasting to design and taste 5/6 cake flavours of their choice, along with a hot cuppa or even a glass of Prosecco! All our couples say it is such a lovely experience, even the grooms to be enjoy it ha !

What is your signature cake?

A lot of cake companies do not offer buttercream based cakes. We cannot understand why, they are the biggest part of our business. We love fresh flowers and foliage on wedding cakes which are washed, sprayed and wrapped before putting on cakes.

What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?

Hard to say as we do all designs !

Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.

I am a true baker at heart. I love baking cakes and making them look pretty and it is lovely to be a small part of someone's special day !

What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?

It would have to be a large 4 tier semi naked with separator, white chocolate drip, edible gold leaf, macarons and adorned with beautiful flowers and foliage.
