When a bride can open up to me and express her inner emotions. I felt i wanted to go above and beyond to create her dream wedding, which for her would have signified freedom and happiness.

Book ahead of time so that we can refine and perfect their wedding cake. And have trust me.

Making sure everything is perfect and do my very best to rectify any problems, even if it went above allocated times.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Check my pricing on my website, i will give you an accurate price once i know exactly what you are after. i would then require a non refundable deposit to secure your date, send you my terms and conditions, then get planning, and sketching to agree and finalise a wedding cake design that you are happy with. once this is all conformed i will reqire full payment one month prior to your wedding. On your big day i will allocated some to deliver and set up your wedding cake.
What is your signature cake?
All my cakes are made with thought and care, trying to create perfection, and individuality.
What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?
Cakes with a rose globe giving the illusion of it floating on the cake.

I made cakes for the past 20 years for friends and family.
What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?
All cakes are different and unique, my favourite one is the oriental cherry blossom cake.
