What is your most memorable wedding?
A couple had to cancel their wedding 1 week before the day, due to Covid. I was so happy to finally deliver their cake 3 years later than intended but to an event that was obviously worth waiting for, everyone was so happy to celebrate after a long and isolating experience!

Find service providers that takes the burden off your shoulders.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
At a recent wedding, one couple had a little wedding cake made for their niece to cut herself for her 'Bridal' moment.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
After initial contact, couples select 4 flavours from our tasting box menu which is shipped to their door.
Once flavours are selected, we arrange a one to one consultation over Zoom or in person to discuss idea's.
We send over 4 sketched design proposals to choose from, adjusted till you have your perfect cake.
An order confirmation is sent for approval, our payment policy is 50% deposit 50% balance 1 month before the wedding date.
We contact your florist, wedding planner and venue to arrange everything.
Once the orders placed just leave the rest with us!
What is your signature cake?
We don't have one, all our cakes are couple lead innovations! But we do love a multi tier ethereal white on white!
What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?
A commission we have this summer is for a concrete effect cake with bas relief florals growing out of the walls and winding their way round the cake.
Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
After 18 years designing and creating ceramic chandeliers, it was time for a change. I've been baking since I was 10 years old, it's a great way to make yourself and others happy, who doesn't like a slice of cake! With my design background, I've combined my two great loves to create delicious works of art.
What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?
