What is your most memorable wedding?
My most memorable wedding would have to be where I completed the finishing handpiping work in front of 60 wedding guests! Most nerve wracking experience but gave the guests a whole new appreciation for the work that goes into my cakes

That I am completely self taught and have worked hard to achieve the skills I have.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Plan the wedding you both want, not that others dictate you should have as it's all about celebrating your love not pleasing everyone else
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Incorporating loved ones that are no longer with us through photos ladders, tables etc
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I love to get to know my couples during my consultations so I can make the cake more personal to them which makes it that more special

Either Chocolate, Raspberry & White Chocolate or Lemon & White Chocolate are my most requested
What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?
All of my designs are bespoke and original so each one is different from the next
Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
By doing friends weddings 3 years into starting my business just doing birthdays and it spiraled from there
