Our own wedding was a grave stone shaped cake (though didn't look like a grave stone!) that added a different level.
Bronwen studied patisserie in London from the age of 16 and has always had a passion for cakes. Bronwen has trained people all the way to china and Georgia on how to create amazing tasting and amazing looking cakes.
Bronwen has previously been asked to compete in the great British bake off (the professionals) and would have presented a large lemon meringue tart made with meringue blowtorch cooked as its whipped with raspberry cake.
