I differ from the crowd by offering a very personal service & work with you & your ideas to design a visual feast for the eyes & a delicious cake that will be remembered long after the last crumb is eaten. It's no good having a cake that looks fabulous if it doesn't taste fabulous so I start with a consultation & tasting ...my cakes are home baked to order so never mass produced & special dietary needs can also be catered for. Our exquisite handmade sugar flowers are made with an eye for detail that is only surpassed by mother nature herself, these can of course be matched to your chosen wedding flowers/bouquet & as the cake comes together or is finished I can send photos or you can call in to see the final creation to approve before delivery. In 2005 I was honoured to be commissioned to bake & decorate the wedding cake of the now King Charles III & the Queen Camilla & have since made a number of other cakes for the Royal Family as well as several celebrities. So let me create your dream cake for your special day.

There are several from a Dalek to a Peacock to a feather inspired wafer paper beauty.

Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.

I went to a night school class in cake decorating & fell in love with it & am as passionate about it today as I was all those years ago.
