The cake was unreal, Parul was absolutely amazing and exceeded all my thoughts... She explained everything thoroughly and was great, everyone was so obsessed with it we all loved it so much It has got to be the best cake I have ever eaten it was so nice. "Parul created the most beautiful and most delicious cake for our wedding day. A 3 tiered Fair-trade white chocolate ganache covered semi naked cake with two tiers of homemade Lemon curd with vanilla buttercream, and one tier of Raspberry & Fairtrade White Chocolate with Raspberry & White Chocolate buttercream. We wanted our cake to reflect our rustic, outdoor theme and to also lend itself to the venue - The Letchworth Centre for Healthy Living - and it is safe to say that Parul blew us away with what she created! Adorned with antique dusky pink Roses, Eucalyptus leaves, and dried foliage, our cake was not only stunning to look at but to eat as well! It was the perfect texture and flavour and was so popular in the evening when cups of tea were served! Another reason why we specifically chose Parul to commission our cake was that she only uses fresh, locally sourced ingredients and tries to use as many Fair-trade products in her baking as possible.
