Sarah Louise Cakes

1st November 2025- Wedding Cake and Cupcakes. I met Sarah at a local wedding fayre and tried a sample of her chocolate and mint cake 😍 Sarah was approachable and super lovely! She was responsive and created something beautiful from our very vague brief! Nothing was too much trouble, thank you Sarah ❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Wedding Cake! We couldn’t be happier with the beautiful wedding cake that our baker, Sarah, created for us. She made a stunning two-tier vintage-style cake in elegant white, decorated perfectly to match our theme. The flavours were simply divine — English Rose and Raspberry with White Chocolate — delicate, delicious, and unlike anything we’ve ever tasted. Sarah also made a separate sheet cake in Almond and Amaretto, which was just as incredible — rich, moist, and packed with flavour. Every single guest commented on how amazing the cake looked and tasted. As well as a handful of gluten free and vegan cupcakes. Not only was the cake breathtakingly beautiful, but Sarah was also a joy to work with — friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about her craft. It truly was the best cake ever, and we’re so grateful to her for making our special day even sweeter! Highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a talented baker who delivers both elegance and exceptional flavour.

Right from the off, Sarah Louise was a delight to work with, and very understanding. When we first met her at Rhinefield House at a wedding fayre, we sampled her cake (a lemon drizzle and a chocolate orange!) and immediately knew she was front runner for our wedding cake. We took her details, and agreed to 6 samples from her before deciding. She shipped these samples to us (we live in Northamptonshire). Unfortunately, when we received these samples, they were not like the ones we had tried in person, and assuming that something had gone wrong in the shipping, we reached out to inform her and to ask for another batch. She was very gracious and understanding (as well as apologetic!) and I'm very glad we gave her another chance because the next 6 samples we received were exactly as we remembered. From there we placed our order - 3 flavours (red velvet, cappucino and white chocolate and raspberry) together as 6 books stacked on top of each other. We sent her some titles, as well as a design to have on the top, as well as the colour theme for the wedding (red, green and blue like old books). She also suggested we use her display stand, which was a great idea as it really elevated the look. Come wedding day, Sarah-louise sorted the logistics with the venue effortlessly, even working around a change up in plans after the weather meant we couldn't have our ceremony outside. And the cake looked incredible - when we first saw it my wife couldn't believe her eyes. Many people, upon seeing the pictures were surprised it was a cake! And the taste was amazing, even better than those samples we had tried weeks before! All of our guests were impressed, and we can confirm that it tastes great still even after having been frozen and re-thawed. We will be suggesting Sarah Louise to our friends and family now on for any cakes, especially slightly more unconventional ones!

Sarah made our beautiful wedding cake and cupcakes for our special day and they were absolutely perfect! Not only were the decorations stunning and unique but the taste was phenomenal! Sarah was amazing to correspond with, always replying quickly and catered to our every need, cannot thank her enough! Will definitely be recommending her and coming back for more! 💕🥰

We found Sarah Louise cakes online after trying many samples and just not being 100% happy with them. When I first found her the contact and details about the process were so helpful, our samples were then delivered to our home and they were honestly the best. We chose our flavours from the massive list available and then over the months I sent over lots of ideas of how we would like the cake to look. Sarah always got back to us very quickly, she always shared her ideas, and in the end she produced us the most beautiful and amazing tasting cake!! We decided to go for 3 tier buttercream, with Victoria sponge, zesty lemon, and our favourite cherry bakewell. All of our guests couldn’t believe how tasty the cake was, and we have been able to take some on our honey moon and freeze the rest. Honestly if you need a wedding cake Sarah is your girl. Thank you so much!!

We had the most amazing weddign cake.. both taste and how it looked. What truly set this apart is how our request was incorporated we wanted and elegant design but with a small hidden detail of our 3 cats, this was done perfectly and we are so grateful.

Sarah was brilliant in communications leading up to the wedding. The cake looked absolutely amazing and every layer tasted incredible, couldn't have faulted it! Thank you so much!
