I've worked with Claire on several occasion now and I highly recommend her. She has made a very elaborate wedding cake and dessert table for a styled shoot I've planned last year, a wedding cake for a recent wedding and she's also made a cake for my nephew holy communion. Everything bespoke. she's highly skilled, professional and truly cares about her craft.

We loved our cake. The design was exactly what we wanted and had discussed. It was good that Christine took the time to book a video call with us to talk through it and she provided sketches so we could see how it would look ahead of time. I would highly recommend.

Christine and Phil of Peboryon created our wedding cake and it was amazing!! We opted for a lemon & elderflower sponge with blueberry compote and elderflower buttercream and it tasted absolutely divine. Christine was very accommodating creating an ultra low gluten and dairy free tier for us too, which was just as delicious! Thank you so much! x
