I’m a Québec-born pâtissière living in London, handcrafting colourful French macarons filled with silky Belgian chocolate ganache. Each flavor and decoration is created in-house — a blend of creativity, elegance, and love for the art of pastry.
My macaron journey began years ago, sitting with my mother on the steps of La Madeleine church in Paris, savoring that first perfect bite. Since then, they’ve become my passion — the perfect treat: refined, flavorful, and beautifully balanced.
I blend Parisian tradition with artistry and color to create elegant, irresistible treats for your celebration!
I create beautiful dessert table centrepieces with our handcrafted French macarons, which can be displayed on a tower as an alternative to a traditionnal wedding cake.
For party favours, we have these lovely boxes, each containing two macarons, which are an elegant and memorable gift for your guests — a refined alternative to traditional wedding favours.
Macaron colours can be coordinated to suit your event theme or colour palette.
