We initially speak to our couples about their day - this may be over the phone / online or face to face.
We then invite the couple for a complimentary consultation that is relaxed in a non pressured manner. We can also offer a tasting in this session.
Leading from the consultation we produce a beautiful sketch and quote based on initial discussions.
If a booking is placed we secure the wedding date with a deposit.
We then start sourcing materials and creating the couple's cake.
At each stage we keep in touch to ensure that expectation are met or exceeded.
We liaise with wedding coordinators in advance to ensure smooth delivery and set up.
