What is your most memorable wedding?
When my best friend got married and I did a 3 tier secret Harry Potter cake! It was on a spinning cake stand, and the look on her face when I span around to reveal Harry Potter was just wonderful!

The fact that I have done it completely by myself.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Make sure that you have lots of help on the day to help relieve you of any stress - it is your day to enjoy!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Anything that makes it personal to you - whether it be Harry Potter, your pets, Star Wars, or books. The day is about you two, so why not incorporate things about yourselves into your special day.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
At the moment with Covid restrictions, I have a Zoom meeting to discuss what you would like. We can look at designs online and I can draw up some ideas. Then, I can send you a taster box and you can decide on a flavour.
On the big day, I'll deliver and set it all up for you, with any stands or decorations that you want to buy or rent too.
What is your signature cake?
I love all of my cakes, but my chocolate cakes have always been popular!
What is the most original creation you have baked for a wedding?
I've done one with over 1000 coloured hearts on. ❤🧡💛💚💙💜
Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
I've always loved baking and then decided to start my own business one day! So, I left a lifetime of teaching for a job that gave me my creative energy back.
What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?
My elegant tiered salted caramel cake with buttercream embroidered flowers, fondant roses, fondant lace, and wafer butterflies.
