I started making cakes in 2010 when I had my first child. Creating a job for myself has given me the flexibility to work around my family's needs (I now have three children, one of them is now taller than me!). Before this I used to design ready meal recipes for a company who supplied customers like Marks and Spencer, ASDA and Tesco to name a few. I have a degree in Food and Human Nutrition and worked as a part time chef while Studying. I guess you could say I've always been a foodie! Youre cake has not only look amazing but it should taste incredible too!
I am lucky enough to have enough experience and reputation that I can now make wedding cakes exclusively. This means I can concentrate on the bigger, more detailed orders, including all of those personal touches that makes your cake special to you. Your wedding cake is a central focal point of the day, a talking point and something you will remember and have keepsake photos of for years to come.
I can provide face to face design and tasting consultations or if you prefer to do everything on line I can communicate through email and postal samples. I make a wide variety of designs, from simple and elegant buttercream cakes, to elaborate fondant covered cakes with detailed sugar flowers.
