I created a cake for a couple who had an intimate garden wedding. The couple had always dreamt of having a garden wedding and wanted to involve the natural beauty of the trees, flowers and greenery included in the occasion. It was a beautiful setting and their love for each other was felt by everyone involved. The couple wanted a memento of their wedding and requested handmade sugar flowers for their wedding cake which were made into a posy after the occasion which they could keep.

Always pick the flavours you want for each tier as their will always be a flavour that your guest will like. It is your day.
A couple I created a cake for did not want a typical bride and groom, so I created a bride and groom geo heart with luscious biscoffe filling.
Following an enquiry from a couple the process will be as follows:
1. Initial would be a short discovery call or Zoom meeting to discuss ideas, style, flavour, decoration for their cake. After this meeting an initial quote would be provided based on information provided and if the couple wish to proceed they would then be invited to a face to face design/taster consultation for which a fee would charged.
2. During the consultation meeting the couple would be able to sample cake in 5 flavours of thier choice or to take them to sample in the comfort of their home. We will also go in to more detail of the design of their cake which will involve sketches, looking at decorataion idea incorporating thing that are seccial
and meaningful to the couple
3. Following the consultation the couple will be sent a final l complete quote.
4. There would be a third meeting or telephone discussion if there was anything else that the couple want to clarify.

I have been baking cakes for over 25 years now. My cakes have always been eggless and then progressed into vegan/plant based baking. 10 years ago I learnt to decorate cakes and make cupcake bouquets which were being ordered for various celebration which led to my first wedding order in October of 2019 where the bride and groom did not want a traditional wedding cake but something different. As they were avid gardeners they opted for 4 cupcake bouquets which comprised of 5 different flavours with their 5 favourite colours and choice of piped flowers. This has then led to other orders which have been tiered cakes with handmade sugar flowers, wafer paper flowers, edible lace, edible silk drapes, buttercream flowers
