Describe your typical process with a couple.
Following the initial enquiry, I get in touch with the couple via e-mail or telephone call to discuss requirements in more details and answer any important questions.
After the date is reserved, I create a detailed cake proposal and cake sketch if we have discussed design details.
Couple of months before the big day we go through all the details, making sure that any changes are noted and finalising the design, flavours, any extra wishes.
6 weeks before the wedding the remainder is payable. I then get in touch with the venue to confirm delivery details and timings.
On your big day, I take care of all cake related tasks, setting it up and making sure that the final result is exactly how you imagined it to be.
All you have to do after the most important part of your day is eat cake! :)
