Majority of our cake orders are done via email, and a follow-up a phone conversation to ensure you have all the support needed for your order.
In your email enquiry, please do let us know the:
-Date of your event.
-How many your would like the cake to feed.
-What flavours you would like.
-Photos of any inspiration you may have, (please note that at M+H we do not copy another artists work, we would simply draw inspiration).
-Your budget
Once you are happy with the finalised details, a deposit will be required within 14 days to secure your booking. For orders made in advance, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with full payment 6 weeks prior to your event.
Bookings are only confirmed once a formal quote received and deposit is paid.
