was trying to plan the wedding from the United States, and Louise went out of her way to ensure we could try samples by bringing them to us at the venue, while we were on a pre-wedding to the UK (which was already filled with tons of stops/vendor visits and not enough time). She was extremely easy to talk to via email and was always available. When we saw our cake, I was speechless! It was perfect and was certainly the talk of the wedding. I can't thank her enough for making my vision of a cake!

I ordered the cake as a surprise for my daughter and her husband. I was blown away by Louise’s dedication - she would answer emails and texts within just a couple of hours and apologised when it took a day (because she was on holiday!) Absolutely stunning cake and delivered over 2 hours away because i chickened out 4 days before the big day and she agreed to deliver it for me

Louise has provided personalised and individualised service throughout our wedding planning. She listened to our requirements and gave advice and suggestions for our cake. Even after completely changing my mind weeks before my wedding day - Louise made me feel like nothing was too much trouble. She arrived on the day and set up the cake - taking all the stress off me. Everyone com-mented positively on the look and taste. It was perfect in every way.

I wasn't entirely sure on what design I wanted for my wedding cake and had various ideas floating around. However had seen two different cakes that were previously made which I loved!! Louise was able to incorporate the two different designs into one making my dream cake!!
