I'm proud that when couples contact me they suddenly realise they CAN have what they want on their big day no matter what other people think. If you want a cake themed on cats riding sharks in shell suits then so be it! I will never think your ideas are weird, I made a Chippendale Voldemort once.....
What about your business are you most proud of?
I love that my couples come to me because they want to have a bit of fun with their food and trust me to design something that oozes both of their personalities.

and two....go with your gut. Its your day don't let others tell you how it should be.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
One of my couples gave their 6 year old the task of designing the cake. It was a fabulous 4 tier mash of Fireman Sam, Minions, Frozen and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. It was a unique talking point, and a very special moment for the son when his cake was revealed for all the guests to see!
What is your signature cake?
I do a huge amount of 'mash-up' cakes - merging all the couple's favourite things and fandoms into one cohesive, impressive and unique design.

Well I tend to do alot of 'mash-up's' which are cakes with various amounts of fandoms on them. Anywhere from mixing two to about 16!
I also get alot of Nightmare Before Christmas themed orders - totally not complaining!
