What is your most memorable wedding?
It may seem like a cliche answer but all my weddings are memorable. I like to think I build up a great friendship with my clients and as all my cakes are bespoke each cake is as unique as the clients themselves

What about your business are you most proud of?
I am proud of the standard of the cakes we produce. I feel our attention to detail allows us to stand out against the rest and our focus on 100% edible decoration rather than a cake with some ribbon trimmed round the bottom is a great indication of the level clients should expect.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don't just focus on price alone - build up a relationship with your suppliers. After all - you have to trust them.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I delivered a cake once and the couple had had the guests names engraved into smooth stones to use as place settings- i thought it was a really unique idea
Describe your typical process with a couple.
A couple will email or call and we will book them in for a one to one consultation where they will try their cake and discuss designs. If they chose to book an order confirmation is emailed to them and the lines of communication are open for them to get in touch at any time. 4 weeks prior to the wedding we will email the couple to confirm the final design and the day before the wedding the couple are invited to our studio to come and see their wedding cake
