Most memorable would be an beautiful 8 tier I created when our second son was just 5 weeks old! It turned out truely beautiful and felt like super mum at the same time!

To be organised and plan in advance, even if your wedding is two years away if there is a supplier you like sound them out sooner rather than later, I book out just over a year in advance with summer seasons just under two years at the moment and hate having to turn couple away x
The favours were each persons fabourite thinhs - sweet , drink and snack. So different for every single person.
Start out conversing over email and messages to give general pricing and information, if you choose to bookmon we then have a tasting box of cake and then we sit down for the best bit the design consult where we get all our ideas together and draw and give our final price x

I created a beautiful black, purple, pink and gold cake for a wedding this summer with gorgeous sugar flowers, gold leaf, watercolour extended tier and gorgeous lustering! It can be seen in my photos x
I am allergic to gluten and have been for 11 years so started baking cupcakes for myself as you could never get anything nice in the shops back then.... fast forward a few years and I made cupcake bouquets for my and my partners mum for Mother's Day in 2012 and then had some aunties and friends order and then a childhood friend asked me to make a cake in the summer of 2012 and the rest as they say is history..... the business very quickly took off and in 2016 I transitioned to purely making wedding cakes x
