Jeannette's Great Cakes

The name says it all. I'm not exaggerating at all when I say Jeannette definitely does make great cakes. Her lemon tier and chocolate cherry tier was amazing. Really tasty and not too sweet like some cakes can be. All our guests really loved it and we're so happy we asked Jeannette to make our wedding cake. Our cake was spot on, exactly how we wanted it, beautifully made, lovely taste and Jeannette is a very friendly, polite and professional person who fills you with confidence right from the beginning. Highly recommended.

Jeannette made our wedding cake last week, after a friend at work recommended her, as she does all their special occasion cakes and we couldn’t have been more thrilled with the result. We knew we wanted the naked style cake, but we weren’t too sure on the flavours apart from knowing we wanted to incorporate several different flavours. Jeannette made us some delicious samples and we finally settled on black cherry, Victoria sponge and chocolate a different one for each tier – the black cherry was absolutely amazing by the way!! We had so many compliments on the cake; its texture and flavours were just perfect and our guests thoroughly enjoyed it. The cake looked so beautiful and Jeannette worked alongside our florist to capture the simple and elegant brief we wanted. She also took care of the delivery and set-up for us so it was all very stress free, Jeannette was a real pleasure to speak with, so friendly and helpful but also very organised and professional. We would highly recommend Jeannette’s Great cakes to anyone!
