Start planning your wedding early to avoid the stress of any last minute problems!
Usually it starts with an email and a couple of pictures of cakes the couple likes. We discuss what parts of the cakes they like, the theme of the wedding and colour scheme. A wedding consultation is booked with the flavours they would like to try. At the consultation the couple show me more pictures of what they like, confirm the amount of guests and which tiers they want in what flavour. I send a sketch of all the details that were discussed and a final quote. If the couple is happy I will write up an order form and send it over. 50% deposit is required with the remaining 50% due a month before the wedding.

My dad used to buy me the same cake every year for my birthday, then the shop shopped selling it. Once I started baking cake, I made my own and it is the cake I take to all wedding fairs for couples to try.
At university I was studying culinary arts management, during our pastry module we had to create a center piece made from pastiallage. Next to the books I needed were cake decorating books. I had never seen a cake that did not look like a cake before and I immediately fell in love with cakes. I checked out lots of book, started to learn from youtube videos and enrolled on a course so I could get the certificate needed to work in a cake shop. After working for different companies for a few years I decided it was time to make my own and be able to be as creative as I wanted to be. I love being part of some one special day!
