Jax's Cakes 'N' Bakes

Other then the fact it is your wedding, the highlight for most people at wedding is the food, and what can I say other then, Jaxs food, will be the talk of our wedding forever! We had a two course afternoon tea, one savory round and one sweet round and from the start Jax seemed to know exactly what we wanted and that is exactly what we got! The food was delicious and there was something for everyone. Any veggies and dietary restrictions got their own 2 tiered lunch and the rest were shared on the table on 3 teired cake stands. We had pasties, sausage rolls and sandwiches with so much more, and the sweets… the mini cheesecakes are still on my mind to this day! Everyone was full, especially me, I was stuffed! The food was made so well and tasted gorgeous, the room was practically silent while we were eating, which is always good sign. Jaxs staff were superb, polite and there when needed, they not only catered for our lunch but also served our welcome drinks just after the ceremony, it all ran so smoothly and I couldn’t have been happier. Jax, you are a wonderful chef and your food is truly amazing, I am excited to try it again it all again when you cater my sister’s wedding!

Excellent service from the start , served our canopies and Prosecco professionally and with a smile . Made our cake and that was out of this world. And the evening grazing table was so much more than I expected thank you and your team.
