Erica made our amazing wedding with beatiful roses that you had to feel before realizing they were made from icing and not real. She also made my son the coolest Spiderman cake and my parents 50th wedding anniversary cake. Each cake she is done so personally with such dedication. Highly recommend Iced Innovations

Erica's cakes are incredible.. she made our wedding cake 3 years ago and made our little boys first birthday cake this weekend. Not only did the cake look fantastic but our guests commented that it might be the best cake they ever tasted! Carrot cake all the way!! 10 stars!!

Erica came to our rescue when our original plans for our wedding cake fell through a few weeks before the big day. She was able to arrange to see me to discuss our needs and plan the perfect cake for us. We wanted a cake that was personalised and creative that would be a memorable high point on our day, and to this end Erica surpassed even our wildest dreams. Every minor detail of the cake was done to absolute perfection - the worst part of the day was having to cut the cake!

We asked Erica to make our wedding cake and she did not disappoint! We were due to get married in 2021, but because of covid we had to postpone a year and finally got married on 27/7/22.Erica asked what ideas we had and what flavours we had in mind and sat and discussed it all with her.She then sent over a sketch and we were so happy with it.From seeing the sketch to then seeing the actual cake in real life at the wedding, we were blown away! Our visions came to life and it’s all thanks to Erica

Erica created the most gorgeous three tiered wedding cake with incredible sugar flowers for us last October. The salted caramel flavour was absolutely to die for, moist and delicious. Erica is such a lovely lady too, very creative and an absolute pleasure to work with!

Erica made our wedding cake and did such an incredible job! We had four tiers with four delicious flavours. Erica’s service was fab from start to finish - she listened to what we wanted and brought our vision to life. She also communicated with our florist who provided flowers to decorate the cake. It's been an absolute pleasure working with Erica to bring our wedding cake to life. She first of all sent us a range of cake flavours. Absolutely delicious! We found it so hard to pick we ended up choosing three flavours. Not only were the flavours creative the texture was wonderfully light and fluffy. I then shared lots of pictures with Erica of my vision. I was a pretty indecisive bride but Erica worked with me to take the bits I liked of multiple cakes to make my bespoke creation - one tier semi-naked, one tier fully iced and one tier marbled. Specks of gold leaf and decoration of my flowers, eucalyptus and macaroons. Erica did a sketch before I confirmed and a quote which was very reasonable. Super transparent and flexible in how she priced too. We were all set with three months to go! Then came COVID-19 two weeks before our wedding! Erica was flexible and postponed the cake making even though I was past the cancellation date. She is such a lovely person and truly shows a care and interest in her couples despite this period causing many challenges for suppliers too. When the government gave the go ahead for small weddings we jumped at it. We held an intimate wedding for 30. Erica adjusted the design to a single tier. It was absolutely stunning and tasted amazing. We then did individually packaged cupcakes for the 30 guests - we called them quarantine cupcakes. Lastly we had individially wrapped slices for the guests who would be watching on zoom and sent them a care package with a mini prosecco and slice of cake to enjoy the celebration with us. Epic! Everyone loved it and they truly felt part of our day - near or far. Its been a crazy 6 months but throughout it all Erica has been flexible and caring and maintained a standard of excellent cakes. From a three tiered cake to three types of cakes, Erica was with us throughout it all to make our day perfect coronavirus or no coronavirus.
