What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
My sketches, I always leave them at the Venue or tell my couples to send me an address so I can send them the sketch of their Wedding Cake to keep as a memento

After initial contact , I ask for details about the Wedding itself and likes and dislikes. This gives me an idea about what to design for them and I show them 2 colour sketches at the Cake Tasting to discuss over and finalise details.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Ideally, they would book me based on my Work because they feel an affinity or are looking for a cake to wow their guests. Once deposit is paid, we exchange ideas, I produce a couple of sketches from which a final one emerges . In the meantime, they choose a Tasting Box or we can meet face to face to taste a few flavours to choose for their Cake. I deliver and set up the Cakes personally.

Flavour wise? Passion Fruit and Coconut or maybe Banana Split.

I have always been around bakers/pastry chefs / Chocolatiers. You could say in runs in the family.

What would be your show stopper in the Great British Bake Off?
Difficult to say. They only have 5 hours to make and all of my creations take 4-5 days to make . Perhaps something simple as most showstoppers are.
