My typical process would be for a couple to make contact and if they have an idea of what they want to provide photo's etc. We can then arrange a meeting to finalise details and a sample box can be provided if required. I then draw up the details in a contract, send them to the customer and they sign and return to me with a deposit which secures the date. 4 weeks prior to wedding I ask for balances to be paid and make sure all details are correct ready for final preparations.
