We use the highest quality ingredients so you can ensure your cake tastes just as good as it looks. Our cakes are made with buttercream which gives us lots of scope to play with texture and to add decorations such as macarons, chocolate and flowers and to inject a little colour. Or, if you like things a little simpler we can create beautiful naked or semi naked cakes as well. Gluten free and vegan options are available. We also offer wedding favours such as personalised biscuits and macarons. We would love to make your cakeiest dreams come true for the most important day of your lives. We look forward to hearing from you.

We ordered a cake for our wedding from Claudia on very short notice (didn't even know we could have a reception due to lockdown restrictions). Claudia was fantastic, communication was great and she went above and beyond delivering to the venue personally. The cake itself was INCREDIBLE. It was a gorgeous semi naked red velvet cake, beautiful to look at and tasted even better than it looked! All of this for a very reasonable price, would highly recommend to anyone needing a cake for any occasio

It was absolutely delicious!!

Claudia made our wedding cake recently. It was absolutely delicious!! All her cake flavours are incredible so it was a very difficult choice! It was beautifully iced and she took all our input on board. Communication was very easy and the cake arrived at our venue unscathed looking amazing! The Croquembouche was an absolute spectacle

Claudia was the most delightful, passionate, lovely person to work with! She totally captured our madness of an “unwedding wedding” and agreed to make us a Croquembouche when this was completely outside of the norm. Going above and beyond in everything she handled things with such ease and took such a weight off my shoulders for our wedding day. The Croquembouche was an absolute spectacle and tasted AMAZING (Mango and Passionfruit in one and White Choc and Raspberry in the other)!

Beautiful cake, I still dream about it

Claudia made our wedding cake in August 2021. Beautiful cake, I still dream about it and didn't get to eat nearly enough as our guests devoured it! Absolutely wonderful and was brilliant working with Claudia and she captured what we were looking for perfectly! Thank you. Would highly recommend!

I made my best friend's wedding cake in Croatia in 2018. It was in the middle of summer and around 30 degrees - I was so nervous about the buttercream melting! It went off without a problem and the venue were so impressed with my efforts. It was so special to be able to make her a cake, but it was exhausting!

After I left university I went straight in to a corporate job and spent around 10 years climbing the ladder. I was always baking in my spare time and in 2016 I started the foundations of what is now Green Fox bakery, by making cakes along side my demanding full time job. I finally took the plunge and quit my job in November 2019 to follow my baking dreams on a full time basis.

Green Fox bakery was officially born in February 2019 when my fiancee and I got engaged. Not wanting to entirely part with my maiden name (Green) when we get married, I decided to let it live on through my baking and create the Green Fox Bakery. If you haven’t guessed yet, my married name will be Fox.
