Wow, I don't think my words will describe the cake that we recently had at our wedding. We met one of Gem's team at a wedding open day at our venue where they had some cupcakes to taste. Originally I thought we would go and get a cake from M&S as I wasn't too fussed about a cake, but then we tasted the samples and my mind was changed immediately. We had some samples sent to us in the post back in January and it was honestly one of our favourite parts of the wedding planning process.

Gem made our wedding cake for us. We had her coconut and lime and a chocoholic sponges and they were delicious, but we’d had a hard time choosing g the flavours as all of the cakes we sampled were lovely. Gem was a pleasure to deal with and full of ideas when it came to decorating. We were so happy with the decoration as well as the great flavours.

Wow what a cake! Considering we had no idea what we really wanted, Gem did an amazing job of creating a tasty, stunning cake. It looked amazing and tasted amazing. Our cake did not disappoint, and neither did its creator! Thank you Gem, you are amazing!!

We asked Gem to do our wedding cake. She was recommended by the venue. When we tasted the 6 samples we choose all of them were so tasty. Spoilt for choice. The cakes are fluffy and light and super tasty. We went with the chocolate flavour. We sent her pictures of what we would like our cake to look like. It's a cake she's never done before and it was stunning. Thank you Gem for making our perfect wedding cake!

She accommodated all of our requests including dietary requirements, a cake-sample care package that travelled internationally (via my parents) and took care of the edible flower order for my 4-tier Vegan Lemon Buttercream and Fruitcake

We recently had our wedding on Saturday and Gem provided the cake for us. The whole process from the beginning was really smooth and she was so helpful providing us with free cake samples and delivering them to our address. The cake was delicious and look amazing! All the guests loved it. I would definitely recommend booking her.
