I've been making ice cream (gelato) since 2006 and cakes since 2010. I was asked if I could do a tiered cake for a party and weddings sort of followed on from that.
Unsurprisingly it would be in ice cream week and would probably be my tree stump cake with edible mushrooms and moss.
