What is your most memorable wedding?
My very first Wedding Cake delivery at Quorn Country Hotel. The excitement I got from being a part of the wedding services supplying the wedding cake gave me the buzz to niche down to offering mainly Wedding Cakes.

Learning my craft from award winning cake makers to achieve a professional finish that I am proud of, to offer luxury Wedding Cakes to couples for their special day.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Talk to your cake maker about the styles/design they can offer for your wedding cake. They have a library of styles and techniques they can do and can show you what would work best for your vision.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I have seen a lot of couples have a bespoke logo made with their initials for their Wedding brand. I can incorporate this onto your wedding cake too!

Initial enquiry via message or email. Face to face meeting if required at my home to look at show cakes for ideas and final design.

Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
From making birthday novelty cakes which I was comfortable with. I wanted to step out of my comfort zone and create flawless pretty, elegant cakes for a different clientele
