Just before all this I achieve a Distinction in NVQ level 2 in Hospitality & catering. I then went on the qulified in NVQ level 2 in sugar craft. I hold Level 2 in food hygiene and allergen awareness which is the legal requirements in the food industry. our Kitchen is rated 5 star.
