Eva Cockrell Cake Design

The whole experience with Eva has been fantastic. She helped to guide us to work out what we wanted and how we could make our ideas become a reality. She was so caring and enthusiastic to be part of our big day. Her guidance was invaluable and we had the perfect amount for our 190 guests (and some left over for having after too). And the cake itself was fantastic! We had three different flavours and also an allergen free one too, and they were all amazing. We had so many compliments on the cake!

Eva made our cake for our wedding in April 2024 and she did an incredible job. All the flavours we tried at the tasting were delicious and we had a real difficult time deciding which ones to go with. She was very accommodating of the design we wanted and was responsive and helpful regarding any questions we had. We provided our own cake topper and she was supportive of this and helped us by letting us know the dimensions it should be. The cake on the day turned out better than we could have hoped, both in design and flavour. The sugar flowers she made were beautiful and the colouring of the cake was perfect. The fondant was impeccably styled and all 3 layers of cake tasted extraordinary (we had Raspberry Ripple, Cookies & Cream, and Carrot Cake layers). We would absolutely recommend Eva to anyone looking for a cake for a wedding or any other event.

We had to change our cake supplier due to personal circumstances of our previous cake supplier. We spoke with Tie The Knot Northampton who recommended Eva, as well as our previous cake supplier recommending Eva also. We booked our cake tasting in and the cakes we so delicious! Our design literally came to life so perfectly on the day, it was exactly what we had hoped for and more! The attention to detail Eva did on our cake is just amazing, we are so glad we were recommended Eva as our cake was just perfect! We later added on 6 vegan cupcakes and they looked so good, we paid slightly extra per cupcake for them to match our main 3 tiered caked and they really did, some had sugar roses on! We would 100% recommend choosing Eva do make your wedding cake or special event cake.

Eva was lovely. The cake was beautiful and so delicious. We went for carrot cake and our florist decorated with our flowers.

After having to change our cake supplier with only 8 weeks to go due to unforeseen circumstances, never meeting Eva and Eva working off someone else’s sketch, the cake she made was fantastic! It exceeded our expectations and we had soo many positive comments! It was incredible. As a cake person the cake was really important and I was worried due to having never met Eva or tasting her cake, but it was amazing! Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

Eva made our 3-tier wedding cake and it was absolutely perfect in every way, from taste to look. It was just what we wanted and we were absolutely thrilled. We had Everyone commented on how amazing the cake looked and then later on how yummy it was. We had 3 different layers and each was delicious. We first had a cake tasting in 2019 for our wedding in May 2020. Due to covid we had to change our date twice. Eva was fantastic and accommodated each change without any issue. I would highly recommend Eva and Euthymia Cakes.

We had a 4 teir wedding cake, raspberry ripple, chocolate hazelnut, luscious lemon and kinder beunou. Eva listened to everything we wanted to it was truly a peice of art which tasted delicious. We had to postpone and rearrange on 4 separate occasions and was soo accommodating and make a very difficult time a little easier.

Eva is amazing, she took me on as I lost my cake supper due to change of date from COVID. My cake lady sent me evas number and to thankfully she had our new date, which then again changed , and Eva didn’t hesitate in saying she had the 3rd date available. Nothing was to much, she did my cake exactly how I wanted it. We never actually met, but she was on the end of the phone or email. Our cake was amazing more than we could of imagined, and it tasted delicious, I had 3 different flavours and everyone loved them. Thank you so much for everything, the cake was the talk of the wedding. Eva is amazing I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her for anyone’s wedding. Xxxxxxx

Our cake was perfect - exactly what we wanted! Looked amazing and tasted delicious. Eva was so accommodating and easy to work with. She knew exactly what we wanted and was flexibly in making it perfect for us! She sent out some delicious samples which was great but it also made our decision hard because they all tasted amazing. Monk's Wedding Cake From the day we had our online consult to the actual wedding day. Eva was very responsive and supportive. She understood our idea and pencil it into reality. On our day she delivered exactly what we needed. The TASTE, oh so heavenly, EVERYONE complimented the taste. Rich flavour, moist and just made you crave more cake. It was the dream wedding cake, within our budget. Worth every bit of time and money spent. Thank you so much Eva.
