EmzCakes Full Description
EmzCakes has over 6 years experience in the wedding industry. Based in Wrexham North Wales, but offer delivery and set up within 40 miles of our Wrexham Bakery and Tea Room.
Emma started baking from a young age learning the basics from her parents and grandparents growing up. Emma established her business originally from home over four years ago, and in June 2014 opened her first shop in Wrexham.
Emma and her small team can turn your ideas into a reality. From traditional classics to more modern cakes, EmzCakes can help. Everything is baked fresh from scratch with a huge varied flavour range too.
Delivery and set up is available with all wedding cakes, and is included in any quote within 10 miles of the shop. (+£1 per mile for additional miles to your venue up to 40 milea in total)

What is your most memorable wedding?
We love every wedding as each cake we make is completely unique to the couple we make it for. Our favourite part is hearing your ideas at your consultation, then seeing those ideas come to life when we deliver and set up your cake!

Creative, modern, unique, trendy and passionate.
What about your business are you most proud of?
Opening our Wrexham bakery and tea room in 2014. It was a huge step to take the leap to do this full time, and I haven't looked back.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Ask people which local suppliers they enjoy working with. You will find local suppliers will only reccomend the best people for the job. Also check out your suppliers and meet them or view examples of their work before booking.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
We see some amazing seating plans and cute place settings and table names that have been really thought out to suit each guest or group of guests sat at each table. We get asked alot to make a seperate birthday cake for a guests birthday that the couple getting married present to the birthday boy or girl.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
If you know pretty much exactly what you want, emailing us is best and we can quickly go through your requirements. If you have no idea or lots of ideas! Book a free consultation with us. We can sit down together and talk through everything and come up with the perfect bespoke design. We then ask for an 25% non refundable deposit to secure your booking and the final balance due 28 days before your wedding day. When you make your final payment you will be asked to confirm any outstanding details such as flavours and delivery time. Then that is it, we deliver and set up on the morning of your wedding and you know your cake is in safe hands.
