Consultation - This can be on the weekend or a weekday evening (whenever suits you really), virtually or face-to-face. Most of the time, I'll meet clients at a nearby coffee shop. I'll ask you a few questions such as number of guests or servings, any themes for the big day etc. Cake Tasting boxes can be requested at this time at a cost and will be sent out via post/delivered to your door. The cost of this box is then refunded if the quote is accepted.
Quote - a Quote will be issued from the ideas we have discussed. Depending on the service, a sketch of the product may also be included.
Quote Acceptance/Order confirmation - a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm your booking.
2nd Consultation (Cake services only)- You will be sent a cake tasting box, or invited to partake in a tasting. The cake design is finalised and sketched out for reference.
4 weeks prior to the delivery/event - The full amount is now due. I will be in touch to confirm delivery address, times, etc.
Week of the delivery/event - Final confirmation from me regarding delivery time, address etc.
Day of delivery/setup - a text message (to your nominated number) to confirm delivery and setup.
